Masivo Silver Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,769,230 units at a price of CAD 0.13 per unit for the gross proceeds of up to CAD 750,000 on April 28, 2023. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable at CAD 0.20 to purchase an additional common share for a period of 36 months from closing.
