This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Matichon Public Company Limited No.6/2022 held on 24 June 2022 at 11:00 hours has resolved to redesignate Mr.Siriwat Vongjarukorn (presently Director) from Director to Independent Director, effective from 24 June 2022 onwards.

Following the above change, the Company's Independent Directors consists of
