At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 10, 2019, the Board of Max's Group, Inc. approved the appointment of Ms. Czarina Sophia
Miren E. Cueto as Assistant Compliance Officer, effective April 10, 2019. Ms. Cueto will be succeeding Mr. Paul C. Cheah who resigned from the same position last 15 December 2018.
Maxâs Group, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is primarily engaged in the business of catering food and establishing, operating and maintaining restaurants, coffee shops, refreshments parlors and cocktail lounges.
