Maxus Realty Trust Inc. (OTCPK:MRTI) entered into an agreement to acquire Frisco Square from Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc. for $55 million on October 11, 2017. Maxus Realty made a nonrefundable earnest money deposit of $0.75 million in connection with the execution of the agreement. The transaction is subject to due diligence and other customary closing conditions and is contemplated to occur during the fourth quarter of 2017. Evan Stone, Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Eric Mackey, Robert Hill, Jared Chua, Ryan Reid, Jeremy Faltys, and Nita Stewart of CBRE Capital Market acted as real estate brokers for Behringer Harvard Opportunity. Maxus Realty Trust Inc. (OTCPK:MRTI) completed the acquisition of Frisco Square from Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc. for $53.2 million on December 21, 2017. On December 20, 2017, Maxus Realty and Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I executed an amendment to adjust the purchase price to $53.2 million.
