BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on December 18 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in McPhy Energy, following the sale of shares on the market.

The American asset management giant said it held 1,464,198 McPhy shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the aforementioned clients and funds, i.e. 5.23% of the capital and 4.89% of the voting rights of this hydrogen specialist.
