The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) has declared to the AMF that on March 6, it had indirectly fallen below the threshold of 10% of McPhy Energy's capital, following the sale of shares on the market by CDC Croissance, a company it controls.

The public financial institution, through Bpifrance Investissement and CDC Croissance, indirectly held 9.93% of the capital and 9.29% of the voting rights of the hydrogen equipment specialist.
