Carlson Ventures International, managed by Carlson Private Equity Limited, agreed to acquire 15% stake in MediaTel Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:MTL) from Hawe Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:HWE) for PLN 39.3 million on March 20, 2015. Under the terms, Carlson Ventures International agreed to acquire approximately 98.1 million shares at a price of PLN 0.4 per share of MediaTel Spolka Akcyjna.
