Boryung Medience Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A014100) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares under the contract with Shinhan Bank. The purpose of the program is to improve the shareholders’ value and to stabilize the stock price. The program will be valid till July 14, 2017. As of July 14, 2016, the company had nil shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 29,298 shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Company operates its business through two segments.
