Meeka Metals Limited announced assays from diamond drilling at St Anne's, part of the 100% owned Murchison Gold Project. The drilling will support a Mineral Resource for St Anne's, as well as providing samples for omminution testing and geotechnical information for open pit design. Assay results confirmed the high- grade intervals returned from RC and aircore drilling during 2022, even when accounting for up to 4m of core loss, which is assigned zero grade when reported as part of the broader mineralised interval.

Assay results and measured core loss from the target mineralised intervals included: 7.8m @ 2.69g/t Au from 50.2m including 2.0m @ 8.20g/t Au, 20.7m @ 3.29g/t Au from 54.3m including 12.8m @ 5.21g/t Au, 19.3m @ 1.27g/t Au from 39.7m including 2.5m @ 7.04g/t Au. The Fairway shear zone is a broad 25km long north-south shear zone transecting a package of Archean greenstones, the Gnaweeda greenstone belt. This belt of geochemically favourable mafic rocks currently hosts 0.7Moz of Mineral Resource within the Company's tenure yet remains largely untested.

Notwithstanding this gold endowment, 90% of the belt has either no drilling or ineffective, broad spaced, vertical reconnaissance drilling from 1990's and 2000's. The opportunity to grow this already substantial Mineral Resource is significant. Coincident gold and arsenic pathfinders provide a strong targeting vector and led to the discovery of the Turnberry deposit in 1994. Subsequent drilling at Turnberry was sporadic until recently, however this drilling confirmed thick zones of gold mineralisation over 1.7km strike, including: 41m @ 4.8g/t Au from 148m, 9m @ 10.4g/t Au from 162m, 18m @ 4.7g/t Au from 192m, 23m @ 7.1g/t Au from 69m, 18m @ 3.4g/t Au from 154m, 37m @ 2.8g/t Au from 209m, mid-2022 the Company co In mid-2022 the Company commenced a targeted drilling program outside of the immediate Turnberry area testing the first in a series of gold-arsenic anomalies.

This delivered the St Anne's discovery with assay results including: 32m @ 16.07g/t Au from 48m including 16m @ 28.59g/t AU, 20m @ 20.74g/t Au from 48m including 16m @ 24.86g/t AU, 36m @ 3.61g/t Au from 44m including 8m @ 11.07g/t Au, 24m @ 4.73g/t Au from 52m including 8m @ 11.78g/t Au. Based on this success, drilling is now systematically targeting a ranked sequence of coincident gold-arsenic anomalies along the Fairway shear zone, to the north and south of existing the 0.7Moz Mineral Resource. Drilling will commence in the coming weeks with first assays expected in the June 2023 quarter.
