Memiontec Holdings Ltd. at its annual general meeting to be held on April 24, 2024, to note the retirement of Mr. Jackson Chevalier Yap Kit Siong. Mr. Jackson Chevalier Yap Kit Siong, upon his retirement at the conclusion of this AGM, shall cease to be the Chairman of the Board and the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee.
