H.D. Dairy Manure Ltd signed an agreement to acquire 33.33% stake in Hahevra Lepituh Mitham T.G.R. (Tel Aviv Givataim Ratam Gan) Ltd. from Merchavia Holdings and Investments Ltd. (TASE:MRHL) for ILS 7 million on March 8, 2016. A total of NIS 1.5 million of the consideration will be paid upon signing. The remaining amount will be paid subject to approvals. Completion is subject to pre-conditions. H.D. Dairy Manure Ltd completed the acquisition of 33.33% stake in Hahevra Lepituh Mitham T.G.R. (Tel Aviv Givataim Ratam Gan) Ltd. from Merchavia Holdings and Investments Ltd. (TASE:MRHL) for or ILS 15 million on May 29, 2016.
