Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Merrion Pharmaceuticals plc (the "Company") confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 (the "2014 Annual Report and Accounts") and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
