Merry Corporation redeemed such stocks based on original issue price.

shares. The redeemed restricted stocks to employees amounted to 70,800

capital decrease.
(2)The record date for capital reduction is on 2022/07/28. In the event of
a change to the record date as the actual procedure runs, it is proposed
that the chairman of the board make the adjustment under the authorization
of the board of directors.
