The principal activity of the Company is to establish, manage, own, and hold shares, assets, and interests in companies engaged in processing and manufacturing of petrochemical products. The Company operates in one business segment that of petrochemical segment from its interest in the joint ventures, which produces and sells polyethylene, 1-hexene, normal alpha olefins, other ethylene derivatives, caustic soda, ethylene dichloride, vinyl chloride monomer and other petrochemical products.
