Mesiniaga Berhad announced that on 10 May 2022, it signed an agreement with Telekom Malaysia Berhad for the Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Integration, Training, Professional Services and Maintenance & Support Services of Telco Cloud Core Data Center. The total value of the Contract is MYR 59,625,056.32 inclusive of SST. The Contract performance period is from 1 April 2022 to 16 November 2024.
There is no automatic renewal clause in the Contract.
