The reason for no adjustment		According to the Board of Directors meeting of Meta
		Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company"), No.
		3/2022 held on 13 May 2022 as the authorized by the 2022
		Annual General Meeting of Shareholders had the resolution
		to approve the allocation of Newly-issued ordinary shares in
		the number of 495,352,697 shares to the existing
		shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholdings
		(Right Offering) at the price 0.47 baht per share.
		The Company will not adjust the exercise price and/or the
		exercise ratio. because it does not meet the reasons for the
		adjustment of rights as follows:
		According to the Terms on Rights and Duties of the Warrant
		Issuer and Warrant Holders to Purchase Ordinary Shares of
		Meta Corporation Public Company Limited No. 5 (META-W5)
		for Existing Shareholders Clause 3.3.1 (c) which determines
		the adjustment of rights when the Company offers newly
		issued shares to the existing shareholders and/or the general
		public at a price lower than 90 percent of the market price of
		the Company's ordinary shares and clause 3.3.1 (d), which
		stipulates when the Company Offering for sale of any newly
		issued securities to the existing shareholders and/or the
		general public and/or the private placement The securities
		are given the right to the securities holders to exercise the
		rights to convert them into ordinary shares. or exercise the
		right to purchase ordinary shares (such as convertible
		debentures or warrants to purchase ordinary shares) at the
		average price per share of the newly issued ordinary shares
		to support such rights. less than 90 percent of the market
		price of the Company's ordinary shares.
