Meta Financial Group, Inc. announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the second fiscal quarter of 2020. This dividend will be payable on April 1, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2020.
Pathward Financial, Inc. is a financial holding company. The Company's subsidiary is Pathward, National Association (the Bank). The Corporate Services/Other segment includes certain shared services as well as treasury related functions, such as the investment portfolio, warehouse finance, wholesale deposit, and borrowings.
