MetalsTech Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in gold exploration. The Company is engaged in developing the Sturec Underground Gold Mine in Slovakia. The Sturec Gold Mine is located in central Slovakia between the town of Kremnica and the village of Lucky, approximately 17 kilometers (km) west of central Slovakia's city, Banska Bystrica, and approximately 150 km northeast of the capital, Bratislava. The Sturec Gold Project is located in the Central Slovakia Volcanic Area in the Kremnica Mountains of the Western Carpathians. The Central Slovakia Volcanic Field hosts several Ag, Au epithermal vein-type deposits, including Banska Stiavnica, Kremnica, Hodrusa-Hamre, and Nova Bana. Sturec Gold project consists of the Kremnica Mining Territory, for approximately 9.47 square kms. The Sturec Gold Project mineralization is classified as a low-sulphidation epithermal Ag-Au deposit type. The Company’s 100% owned Kremnica Mining License covers approximately nine square kilometers.
