On February 8, 2023, Red Planet Japan, Inc., closed the transaction. The company issued 57,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of CNY 20 per share for the gross proceeds of CNY 1,150,000,000 and 670,000 9th Stock Acquisition Rights at a price of CNY 23 for the gross proceeds of CNY 1,355,410,000 for the total gross proceeds of CNY 2,505,410,000.
