Zioncom Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Yiu Kwing Sum as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Compliance Committee

The board of directors of Zioncom Holdings Limited announces that with effect from 1 April 2019, Mr. Yiu Kwing Sum (Mr. Yiu) has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee of the Company and a member of the compliance committee of the Company.
