Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) announces that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Eng. Ali Mohamed Al-Asiri from his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.
The resignation which was submitted on August 25, 2022, for personal reasons will take effect as of August 31, 2022. The Company will announce in due course any developments regarding the appointment or assignment of a new CEO.
