Madrid, 03 October 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain's leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, begins marketing Medblue III in Marbella, Malaga. With 51 multi-family homes, divided between flats and duplex penthouses, this exclusive development also has large communal areas with swimming pools, spa, gym and coworking facilities to meet all the needs of its future residents. For this, the developer foresees an investment of 22 million euros.
Medblue III comprises a total of 51 multi-family dwellings, of which 42 are flats, 6 duplex penthouses and 3 central penthouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms, all of them with a large terrace. Designed under the resort living concept,this exclusive development has a wide variety of communal areas that cover daily needs such as swimming pool, both outdoor and indoor, coworking area, gym, spa and poolbar.
For the development of the project, Metrovacesa has worked with HCP Architects, who have extensive experience in the sector in more than 30 countries. The design, with avant-garde and sophisticated lines, is characterised by the spaciousness of the spaces and orientation to make the most of the light throughout the day, as well as the use of the most exclusive materials. Along the same lines, there is the possibility for the client to personalise rooms in the homes, such as kitchens, floors and bathrooms.
