Valencia, 23 October 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain's leading real estate developer, with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun marketing Residencial Nova Urbe II, the second phase of the residential development of the same name, in the city of Valencia. The development, for which the company anticipates an investment of 17.5 million euros, has an excellent location in the capital.
The building has been designed in line with Metrovacesa's commitment to the environment, in addition to the avant-garde design that characterises the developer.
Residencial Nova Urbe II consists of 83 multi-family dwellings divided into three floors.
