Microcosm Technology Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 78.421 million compared to TWD 69.807 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 5.809 million compared to TWD 10.436 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 3.323 million compared to TWD 1.161 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.05 compared to TWD 0.02 a year ago.

The Company's main products include flexible copper clad laminations (FCCLs), cover layers, adhesive-free flexible printed circuit board materials, thin film polycrystalline flexible substrates, protective film and others. The Company's products are mainly used in mobile phones, notebook computers, printers, general electronic devices, automotive equipment, compact discs (CDs), fax machines, liquid crystal display calculators, personal computer keyboards, input and output machines and medical devices.
