Business Summary

Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the manufacturing and trading of metal-based furniture. Its products include luxury furniture, interior decorations and electrical appliances for offices, schools, cafes and restaurants, such as lamps, tables, desks, cabinets, chairs, shelves and trolleys. The Company is also involved in the wholesale trading of consumer electronic products, home furnishings, beds, rattan tables and rattan chairs. In addition, it trades electrical materials, steel and iron, as well as equipment, machinery and supplies for the mining and construction industries. As of September 30, 2012, the Company had two affiliates, being Huu Lien Asia Corporation and Huu Lien Steel One Member Company Limited.
