On October 6, 2021, chaintope Inc. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company has received ¥180 million. The transaction includes participation from ANRI No.3 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by ANRI, Canal Ventures Collaboration Fund 1, a fund managed by Canal Venture Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., SG Incubate No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by SG Incubate Inc., Digital Transformation Fund No. 1, a fund managed by Sagin Capital & Consulting Co., Ltd., NCB Venture Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by NCB Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The securities are issued through third party allotment method. The company raised ¥70 million in its second and final tranche.
