Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. Provides Dividend Guidance for the Six Months 2022 and Year Ending September 2023

Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. provided dividend guidance for the six months 2022 and year ending September 2023. The year-end dividend for FY2022 will be JPY 80, an increase of JPY 15 from the announced forecast. Together with the interim dividend of JPY 60, the annual dividend will be JPY 140, an increase of JPY 25 from the previous year. This will be the 10th consecutive term of ordinary dividend increase. The dividend payout ratio is expected to be 29.5%.
For FY2023/09, the company forecasts interim and year-end dividends of JPY 75 each, for an annual dividend of JPY 150, an increase of JPY 10 from the previous fiscal year. The dividend payout ratio is expected to be 37.5%.
Mitsubishi Research Institute Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of think tank consulting service and information technology (IT) service. The Company operates through two segments. The Think Tank Consulting Service segment is engaged in the provision of research and consulting, management consulting, IT consulting and solution service related to policy and general business. The IT Service segment is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of software, the provision of information processing service and outsourcing service, as well as the sales of system equipment.
