Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB completed the acquisition of Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (OM:MEPR) from Westcap Förvaltning AB and others in a reverse merger transaction.

Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB agreed to acquire Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (OM:MEPR) from Westcap Förvaltning AB and others in a reverse merger transaction on November 12, 2013. As a result of the transaction, Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB will issue 4.7 billion new shares to Modern Ekonomi Sverige. In the offering the sellers of Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB will have a right to subscribe for one share in Mediaprovider for each share in Modern Ekonomi held. As a result, Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB will hold an 80% stake in Mediaprovider Scandinavia. The deal is subject to approval by Extraordinary General Meeting. As of December 10, 2013, extraordinary general meeting approved the transaction and decided to change the name of Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB to Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB.
