Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. (NYSE:MEG) acquired 100% stake in Two Dot Environmental Consulting, LLC for $0.06 million on February 29, 2024. The consideration consists of cash $39,393; Common Stock worth $1,832; Deferred Common Stock worth $4,652 and Earnout of $20,000. The cash portion of these acquisitions purchase price was funded through proceeds received from the revolving credit facility.
