Yantai Moon Co.,Ltd. at the annual general meeting held on May 15, 2014 approved the election of Li Zengqun as director, Teng Fei as director, Zhang Chunkai as director, Sun Xiao as director, Guo Mingrui as independent director, Zhang Zhaohui as independent director and Zhao Qigao as independent director.
The company also approved the profit distribution proposal for 2013 as a final dividend of CNY 1.00000000 (tax included) per 10 shares.
