An undisclosed buyer acquired 9.58% stake in Moss Bros Group plc (LSE:MOSB) from Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., on June 6, 2019. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., disposed off around 100.8 million voting rights in Moss Bros Group plc. As a result of the transaction, stake of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., in Moss Bros Group plc will cease to exist.

An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of 9.58% stake in Moss Bros Group plc (LSE:MOSB) from Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., on June 6, 2019.
