Moulinvest reports a 47.7% drop in net income to 9.7 million euros for its fiscal year ending August 2023, as well as a 33.8% drop in EBITDA to 24.5 million, on sales down 11.6% to 100.8 million.

On the strength of these excellent results', the Board of Directors, which met on December 7, decided to propose a dividend of 0.33 euro per share to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on February 12, 2024.

While visibility is relatively limited in the short term, Moulinvest remains confident for the medium and long term, believing that the use of wood should increase in new construction and renovation to combat the effects of global warming.
