received letters of resignation from Board Member, Laura Carballo, and Board
Observer, Paul Gough, who will resign their respective positions, effective
immediately. The resignations follow the recent sale Star Spike Ltd.'s remaining
shares in MPCC, as announced on October 19, 2022.
