Seminary Tie Up Pvt Ltd, Pace Enterprises Private Limited and Excello Fin Lea Limited entered into an agreement to acquire 50.97% stake in Cambridge Construction ( Delhi ) Private Limited from MPDL Limited (BSE:532723) for approximately INR 370 million on September 26, 2023. Cambridge Construction reported turnover of INR 98.4 million and net worth of INR 739.7 million as on March 31, 2023. The transaction is expected to complete on or before September 30, 2023.
