Multiplan this month concluded the implementation of MultiVocê, a relationship program that aims to provide benefits to its most frequent customers. With the recent entry of ShoppingAnáliaFranco, ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, ShoppingSantaÚrsula, JundiaíShopping, ParkShoppingCanoas, BHShopping and Pátio Savassi, all 19 enterprises managed by Multiplan are now part of the program.

The objective of MultiVocê is to bolster the direct relationship with the consumer of each shopping center through personalized and exclusive benefits. "In addition to strengthening ties with our most important audience, our clients, MultiVocê also offers us the opportunity to get to know them better through their consumption behavior and, thus, increasingly enhance and personalize our services and actions," said Rodrigo Peres, Multiplan's Marketing and Loyalty Director.

MultiVocê is integrated with Multi, Multiplan's shopping center super-app, which has already reached the 2 million download mark. To be part of the program, customers must download Multi and register with MultiVocê. By registering, they automatically belong to the Green category, having access to exclusive benefits and offers.

To accumulate points, it is necessary to register the invoices from purchases made in the mall's stores and kiosks on Multi. Each R$ 1.00 in purchases registered in the super-app is worth 1 (one) point in the program. After reaching the number of points established by each shopping center, the customer becomes part of the Gold category. There, it is possible to enjoy other benefits through the exchange of points, in addition to having access to exclusive services and events. One of the advantages offered to MultiVocê Gold clients is the exchange of points for paying for parking at the malls.

VillageMall and BarraShopping, in Rio de Janeiro, and RiberãoShopping, in Ribeirão Preto, also offer an exclusive lounge for MultiVocê Gold customers, who are entitled to bring a companion to enjoy a unique environment.

Implemented by MIND - Multiplan's Marketing, Innovation and Digital Business area, created from a structured nucleus for research and development of technologies - the program has been promoting the evolution of the company's shopping centers, making it possible to get to better know our consumers and, consequently, help adapt the malls to the continuous evolution of the consumption opportunities and experiences they offer.
