MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIARIOS S.A. On January 5, the Company signed a purchase and sale agreement with Clube Atlético Mineiro for the acquisition of 24.95% of DiamondMall. Through the R$170 million transaction, Multiplan's interest in the mall has now reached 75.05%.
Located in one of the noblest areas of the city of Minas Gerais, DiamondMall was founded in 1996 with a focus on sophistication, convenience and expediency. Its mix of stores brings together, in a single location, more than 30 exclusive brands, such as Carla Amorim, Columbia, Luxe and The North Face, in addition to a variety of other services, such as gastronomy and entertainment.
The completion of the acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent, including, among them, approval by CADE.
