Saehan Investment Inc. acquired additional 0.66% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) from Saehan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 270 million on November 8, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, additional 0.03 million shares are acquired at an offer per share of KRW 8330.
Saehan Investment Inc. completed the acquisition of additional 0.66% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) from Saehan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. on November 8, 2013.
Nable Inc, formerly Nable Communications, Inc, is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of wired and wireless convergence communications and Internet of things (IoT) services. The Company operates through three segments. The Wired and Wireless Convergence Communications segment is engaged in the provision of mission critical push to talk (MCPTT), centrex and other services. The All- Internet protocol (IP) Communication Security segment is engaged in the sub-band codec (SBC) service and other services. The Other service segment is engaged in the provision of services such as smart network solutions and software.
