(TSE:2204) announced a private placement of 776,000 treasury shares at ¥412 per share with Trust & Custody Services Bank, Ltd. for gross proceeds of ¥319,712,000 on February 20, 2013. The shares will be issued by third party allocation. The disposal date for the transaction is March 19, 2013. The company will receive net proceeds of ¥319,712,000. The board of the company approved the transaction.
