Nakamuraya Co., Ltd. (TSE:2204) agreed to acquire an additional 10% stake in Shandong Fenglong Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. from Longda Foodstuff Group Co Ltd on July 31, 2013. For the period ending May 2013, Shandong Fenglong Foodstuffs reported total assets of CNY 58.5 million. The transaction is subject to approval from chinese authorities.
