Nakayamafuku Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7442) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 430,000 shares, representing 2.13% of its share capital, for ¥258 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment, while improving capital efficiency. The program will run until December 4, 2019. As of September 30, 2019, the company had 20,211,737 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 2.743 shares in treasury.
