Napco Security Technologies, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 35.429 million compared to USD 23.006 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 5.984 million compared to operating loss of USD 835,000 a year ago. Net income was USD 5.025 million compared to net loss of USD 1.900 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.27 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.1 a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was USD 114.035 million compared to USD 101.359 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 17.335 million compared to USD 10.813 million a year ago. Net income was USD 14.901 million compared to USD 8.520 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.81 compared to USD 0.46 a year ago.
Napco Security Technologies, Inc. (NAPCO) manufactures and designs electronic security devices, cellular communication services and school safety solutions. The Company offers a diversified array of security products, encompassing access control systems, door-locking products, intrusion and fire alarm systems and video surveillance products. The products are used by commercial, residential, institutional, industrial and governmental applications, and are sold worldwide to independent distributors, dealers and installers of security equipment. NAPCO manufactures and markets various products for alarm systems, which include automatic communicators, control panels, combination control panels/digital communicators and digital keypad systems, fire alarm control panel and area detectors.
