Statement	1.Date of occurrence of the event:2022/04/06 2.Company name:National Aerospace Fasteners Corporation 3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or "subsidiaries"):Head office 4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:N/A 5.Cause of occurrence: Taipei, Taiwan, 6th, April 2022- National Aerospace Fasteners Corporation (TWSE:3004) today announced its net sales for March 2022. Due to the implementation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures in Shanghai, China, a fraction of the company's shipments in March were affected and delayed. The unaudited monthly consolidated revenues for March 2022 were NT$ 147 million, an increase of 9.00% as compare to NT$ 135 million in February 2022, and an increase of 16.00% as compare to NT$ 127 million in the same period last year. In the first quarter of 2022, the unaudited monthly consolidated revenues was NT$ 425 million, which was comparable to the previous quarter's revenue and an increase of 28.00% from NT$ 332 million in the same period last year.
