With the Boeing 737 MAX being approved to resume flights, the popularity of COVID-19 vaccination, the gradual lifting of borders, and the gradual recovery of global traffic, the total consolidated revenue for 2022 first quarter was NT$ 425 million, increasing NT$93 million (28%) as compared to the same period in 2021 and the accumulated net operating income was NT$1.0 million, increasing NT$34 million as compared to the same period in 2021. The net loss after tax was NT$23 million. Comparison with the same period in 2021, it reduces NT$ 1.0 million (5%), the loss per share was NT$0.44. The major cause of loss in the first quarter was the one-off recognize disposal of asset losses due to the closure of the second plant in Kunshan, China. In order to reduce idle costs, Company moved and transferred its equipment to the Pingzhen plant in Taoyuan, Taiwan and the first plant in Kunshan, China, and the one-off recognize disposal of asset losses was up to NT$26 million and the net profit after tax (after deducting the one-off recognize disposal of asset losses) was NT$2.0 million. 6.Countermeasures:None. 7.Any other matters that need to be specified:None.
