National Central Cooling Company PJSC reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was AED 755.4 million compared to AED 683.8 million a year ago. Net loss was AED 101.26 million compared to net income of AED 159.25 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was AED 0.04 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of AED 0.06 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was AED 1,822.88 million compared to AED 1,659.52 million a year ago. Net income was AED 285.14 million compared to AED 399.62 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was AED 0.1 compared to AED 0.14 a year ago.
National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed), a subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based company engaged in the provision of cooling solutions to government, commercial, residential and private organizations across the Middle East. The Company is organized into two segments: The Chilled Water segment, which constructs, owns, assembles, installs, operates and maintains cooling and conditioning systems, as well as distributes and sells chilled water for use in district cooling technologies, and the Value chain business segment, which is involved in ancillary activities relating to the expansion of Companyâs chilled water business. Tabreedâs portfolio includes 66 plants across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
