Dubai Investments PJSC (DFM:DIC) made an offer to acquire 54.82% stake in National General Insurance Co. (P.J.S.C.) (DFM:NGI) for approximately AED 260 million on December 15, 2021. Dubai Investments PJSC will acquire all shares at AED 3.12 per share.
The tender offer is open till December 29, 2021. Al Tamimi & Company acted as legal advisor for Dubai Investments PJSC.
