KB Investment & Securities Co., Ltd, Investment Arm acquired 0.84% stake in Naturalendo Tech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A168330) from Jae-soo Kim and Cheol Hwan Kim for KRW 5.5 billion on May 8, 2014. Under the terms of the deal, Jae-soo Kim sold 0.07 million shares and Cheol Hwan Kim sold 0.02 million shares at an offer per share of KRW 61330. After the transaction, KB Investment & Securities holds 0.09 million shares, Jae-soo Kim holds 2.57 million shares and Cheol Hwan Kim holds 0.21 million shares in Naturalendo Tech.
