New owners Umesh Kotecha and Ronnie Chotai have been in the care industry for 23 years, already owning a number of care services based in Northampton and Leicester under HH Care Ltd.

Keen to expand their portfolio, the duo secured an investment through NatWest and the government-backed Funding for Lending Scheme.

With the care home staff headcount currently standing at 50, the investment also sees HH Care Ltd develop a new domiciliary care service to cover the town and surrounding areas. Domicilliary care, which is support and personal care provided in the client's own home, will create a further 30 local jobs.

Umesh Kotecha, director of HH Care Ltd, said: "Our ethos is to provide the quality of care to our clients that we would want our family members to receive. Kings Court Nursing Home has a fantastic reputation, which we will be sure to continue while offering additional services to the community.

"NatWest were very supportive and the process has been straightforward."

John Hemsworth, senior healthcare relationship manager for NatWest, added: "It is great working with Umesh and his family, who have a real passion for offering the best care possible. I'm looking forward to supporting the company with their future business goals."
