Navin Fluorine International Limited at its board meeting held on October 31, 2023, declared an Special Dividend of INR 3 per equity share of the face value of INR 2 each to commemorate the centenary birth year of the founder Shri. Arvind Mafatlal, for the Financial Year 2023-2024. November 10, 2023 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining eligibility of Members for the payment of aforesaid Special Dividend.
The Special Dividend will be paid on or after November 27, 2023.
