nCino, Inc. announced Sean Desmond, currently Chief Customer Success Officer has been named Chief Product Officer, effective May 1. Sean's extensive background in technical management and product development, his customer-centric approach and his proven ability to build meaningful relationships and lead complex organizations will help ensure the continued evolution of solutions and PD&E team. Sean has been a member of nCino's executive leadership team for over 10 years, and his understanding of business, products, customers and market needs have prepared him extremely well for this position. Sean has been a key partner and highly collaborative with Matt and PD&E leadership on the change initiatives.

His customer success organization is well developed and positioned to continue delivering best-in-class service levels to customers.
