Nebraska Book Holdings, Inc. and RedShelf announced a new strategic partnership that will accelerate access to affordable e-textbooks for collegiate students and drive growth for independent higher education retailers. The new relationship will offer independent college stores the best of both companies: years of expertise in the industry coupled with new and innovative technology of the future. Together, the companies plan to integrate RedShelf's digital content platform into NBC's WebPRISM platform and point-of-sale system.

The partnership will open the door to more college stores selling e-textbooks to students both online and in-store at competitive marketplace pricing.
